Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit.

Order processing: 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation, to allow proper drying and finishing of the artwork.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 2-5 business days
European Union: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

Incidents

I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. For shipments outside Spain, I cannot provide insurance. In case of loss or damage during shipping, customers must contact me within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the packaging and the artwork. Compensation or replacement will be considered at my discretion. For insured shipping options, please contact me in advance.
